We have created a letter box to enable contributions allowing children to receive an education and at the same time make contact with children in other countries.

The box contains everything necessary for a letter exchange, including writing paper and envelopes. The children simply write letters to exchange with a school on the other side of the world, a school that is part of our Global Buddy Schools network.

But most important, the box contains hope for a better future. Proceeds from letter boxes go directly to scholarships used to make education possible for children in poorer countries.

You can purchase a letter box in two ways. If you think this is a great idea for a specific school class, you can purchase the box and give it to the teacher. Otherwise, we will take care to see that the box is used by a school in our Global Buddy School network.

This is what you do:

Deposit your donation to Make a Kid Smile’s bank account 883-9573, following the procedure on the webpage “Help out” and mark the payment with Letter box. We will send the box directly to a class at one of our GBS schools.

If you would like to present the box to a specific classroom, just let us know and we will send the box to you.

The price of a Letter box is 250 SEK. All proceeds go to scholarships.
